GENERAL DIRECTION FOR USE
 
Stroke work piece with proper THERMOPEN from time to time during heating. Below its temperature rating. the THERMOPEN leaves a dry chalk mark. When the rated temperature is reached the THERMOPENS leave a liquid smear. Alternatively the work piece can be marked with appropriate THERMOPEN before heating begins. When its stated temperature is reached the mark turns to a liquid smear.
